This 2006 Torch Red Roush Stage 1 Mustang, affectionately known as “Boss Hoss”, featuring our Mustang painted window mirror covers and G2 Red Brake Caliper Paint comes to us from Mark Meister.

Mark has customized his 2006 Torch Red Roush Stage 1 Mustang with some great modifications like Painted Mustang Louvered C-Pillar Scoops, and the custom painted rear window louvers, which he had painted to match the car and continue the stripe all the way from the front of the roof to the rear bumper.

Mark says… “I had an original 1969 Mach 1, which I later traded in to get a 1973 Mach 1. Unfortunately, I let both of those cars go, and when the Mustang was redesigned in 1974, I felt that it lost all of its glory. And, I continued to feel that way until the 2005 model. When I saw that Ford had gone back to the look of the glory years, I knew I would get another Mustang. And when I saw this red beauty on a dealer’s showroom floor, minus just about everything except the hood scoop and mags, I knew that it was mine.”

“It has been so much fun customizing it, and driving it around. Neither of my other Mustangs ever turned heads like this one.”

Check it out…

Hot on the heels of the current retro-chic trend that has completely taken over the automotive industry Volkswagen is now making the old school blue and white VW logos available on their 16″ Beetle Hubcaps. Check it out below…

Volkswagen Beetle 16 inch 1998-2001 New Factory Original Equipment Hubcap With Blue and White Logo

Personally… I like the 16″ VW Beetle hubcaps with the blue and white Volkswagen logo. The Beetle is a retro-chic car, so I think the retro-chic blue and white logo adds a little style to the hubcap. You can see a picture of the 16″ Volkswagen Beetle hubcap with the modern black and chrome VW logo for comparison below…

I think the modern black and chrome Volkswagen logo looks better on the Volkswagen Jetta hubcaps and the Volkswagen Passat hubcaps which have the European Sedan styling. the Beetle definitely looks better with the retro look… What do you think? Which Volkswagen hubcaps do you prefer?
