This 2007 Torch Red Mustang Shelby GT500 featuring our slotted painted Mustang quarter window louvers and painted Mustang window mirror covers completely floored me the first time I saw it. Bottomline… The Shelby GT500 is THE Mustang! So although I want to thank Chris Mott from the great State of Texas for his submission, I have to admit I’m more than a little bit jealous at the same time!

The Mustang Shelby GT500 standard features include: 5.4L DOHC V8, 6 Speed Manual Transmission, Brembo Front Brakes and SVT Tuned Suspension to mention only a few! The upgrades Chris added include: 3.73 gears, aftermarket upper and lower control arms, Chrome Shelby wheels, Short antenna, Sequential Taillights, Old school Shelby letters on trunk lid and FRPP axle backs not to mention our very own slotted painted Mustang quarter window louvers and painted Mustang window mirror covers .

After all is said and done Chris’ 2007 Mustang Shelby GT500 puts out 540 horsepower at the rear wheel… Let me say that again 540 RWHP! So if you happen to live in Texas and you see a Torch Red blur pass you in the left hand lane… That was probably Chris! Wave quick… He’ll be gone in a flash!

This 2007 Performance White Mustang GT featuring our slotted painted Mustang quarter window louvers comes to us from Ken in Utah. Upgrades include: back window louvers, sequential tail lights, short radio antenna and our very own slotted painted Mustang quarter window louvers. Ken is also planning on adding 5230 GTA exhaust mufflers which will be a great addition!

One of the greatest aspects of this submission is that we got two Mustangs for the price of one. Ken has also submitted some side by side pictures of his 1970 Mach I 351c, auto with way to many upgrades to include. Looking at them side by side you can clearly see the family resemblance, and where the design team at Ford drew the bulk of their inspiration!

I wanted to take a few minutes today to extend a very special thank you to all of you who sent in pictures of your Mustang yesterday! I am truly overwhelmed at the response we received! You really do love your Mustangs! I am currently archiving the 100′s of submissions we received, and have decided to not only utilize them in the new website… But to go ahead and feature each and every submission right here on our new blog!

For those of you who just found us, yesterday we sent out an e-mail to all of our customers who purchased Mustang Accessories thanking them for their recent purchase from HubcapsPlus.com, and asking that they submit pictures of their 2005 – 2008 Ford Mustang with any of our quality Mustang products installed.

We are proud of the Mustang products we carry and more importantly we are proud of the terrific group of Mustang enthusiasts that use and support them!
